These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of larascapes.com (the "Site"), operated by The AI Expedition LLC, DBA Larascapes Digital Development Group ("Larascapes," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Larascapes

Larascapes is the commercial website development arm of The AI Expedition LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Larascapes Digital Development Group is a registered Assumed Name of The AI Expedition LLC, filed with the Texas Secretary of State (file #806486156, effective March 14, 2026).

Larascapes provides custom web application development services using the Laravel framework, with AI as a working collaborator. Engagements are project-based and governed by separate written agreements between Larascapes and each client. These Terms govern only the use of the public website at larascapes.com — not specific client engagements.

2. Use of the Site

2.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Site to:

  • Read information about Larascapes and its services
  • Submit inquiries through the contact form
  • Access publicly available content (proposals shared with you by direct link, public articles)

2.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any data not intended for you
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, security, or performance
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract content from the Site beyond ordinary browsing
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through the contact form

3. Contact Form

The contact form on larascapes.com is for genuine business inquiries. Submissions are reviewed by Larascapes and may receive a response within a reasonable time. Submission of the contact form does not create any client relationship, contractual obligation, or expectation of services. Any business engagement that follows will be governed by a separate written agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Site Content

The content on larascapes.com — including its text, design, graphics, code, branding, and assembled presentation — is owned by The AI Expedition LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent.

4.2 Your Submissions

Information you submit through the contact form remains yours. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and to maintain ordinary business records as described in our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Linked Resources

The Site may link to or reference resources owned by other parties (the Laravel framework, related open-source projects, and other AIX properties such as soloCoder.ai). Those resources remain the property of their respective owners.

5. No Warranty

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Information presented on the Site about Larascapes' services, capabilities, and methods reflects the practice's general approach but does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes for any project. Specific commitments are made only in written engagement agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AI EXPEDITION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

These limitations apply only to use of the Site itself. Liability arising from specific client engagements is governed by the separate written agreements that govern those engagements.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
